ovde ima super sistem skolovanja... radis dobijas platu i samo 2 meseca godisnje ides u skolu za kuvare da ucis o teoiji itd.. super je... samo sto recimo prve god. dobijas platu 570 € druge god. dobijas 670 itd... pa kad zavrsis mozes da imas do 1200 € kao pocetnik !! ali kuvara treba uvek !! :D .. hvala takodje !!

The ideas presented are great,.. Even then, i don't think including the active user's or anyone of the community in the panel is such a good idea,. I believe the website admins would be ideal for the job..

the panel could include the most active 10 users, or 10 users selected in random from the active users.... or maybe from different countrieshow about the panel be the admins of this website

many online contest work in a way that a certain number of photos are shortlisted based on how users vote. And finally choosing the winner by the host, or a panel chosen by them. I believe that would be fairer.

yeah, it's kind of a fluke this month, mladen had some better pics, but this was the obvious front-runner. Do you have suggestions for the judging? Should we use the votes as a guide, but ultimately choose our favorite? That doesn't seem fair either?
